Terms of Sales

1) Preamble

https://e-longlife-hes.com/  allows its users around the world to pay for a 24/7 electricity service for their beneficiaries located in Mali, Niger and Chad.

The purpose of the present general conditions of sale is to define the conditions and modalities according to which operations are carried out on the www.e-longlife-hes.com website. When placing an order via the site, the User acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

2) Definitions

www.e-longlife-hes.com (“the Site” below) is a commercial site published by the company E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS.
E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS is a French société par actions simplifiées (simplified joint stock company), with registered office at 20 rue Henri Regnault, 75014, Paris, registered under number RCSXXXXXXX .
E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS operates in Africa through its SPVs ALTERNAPROD Mali, Niger and Chad. They are respectively companies under Malian, Nigerian and Chadian law with limited liability, having their registered office :

Mali: jurifis consult, Hamdallaye ACI 2000, BAMAKO

Niger : 260, Avenue de Niamey (YN-39) Commune 1, Yantala high Niamey

Chad: Quartier Klemat, Rue Niméri Rond-point Gendarmerie, direction Hotel Shanghai

The User designates the person who uses the Site to subscribe to the service and pay for the order for the benefit of his or her own person or a beneficiary.
The Beneficiary is the person to whom electrical service is provided locally.

3) Respective Roles of Niokobok International and Niokobok

E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS, publisher of the website, takes subscription requests and/or payments on behalf of its local ALTERNAPROD SPVs. E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS therefore acts as a transparent intermediary between the users of the site on the one hand and the ALTERNAPROD Mali, Niger and Chad SPVs on the other. E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS is neither the seller nor the user of the products. Consequently, E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS is not involved in the execution of the contracts and is therefore not obliged to intervene in any disputes between ALTERNAPROD Mali, Niger and Chad and the User and/or beneficiary.

4) Conditions for placing an order

The User declares to be at least 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the Site. Any order placed on the Site must correspond to the electrical service requirements to which the Beneficiary will subject the systems made available to him/her.

5) Use of the Site

The Site is designed and may only be used to make subscription requests and/or payments for electrical services provided locally in Mali, Niger and Chad. This clause will be subject to amendment in the event of an operational change.

6) Data protection

The files of E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS are declared to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL). The User has the right to access, rectify or oppose the data collected, which can be corrected in the “account creation” section or by mail to E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS. The User may receive commercial proposals by e-mail, unless he/she formally objects by ticking the corresponding box in the “account creation” section.

7) Identification

During the first order, a login and a password are automatically generated and transmitted to the customer by our employees for his first connection.  The user takes control of the account by personalizing his login and password.  The username and password are proof of the customer’s identity and commit him/her to any order placed through them.

The User is fully and exclusively responsible for his user name and password. He alone shall bear the consequences that may result from any use by third parties who may have had knowledge of them, unless he demonstrates that the knowledge of his username and password by another person is the result of a fault on the part of E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS. If the client forgets his/her password or user name or if he/she fears that a third party may have had knowledge of it, the client has a function on the site enabling him/her to retrieve his/her user name and choose a new password.

8) Exclusion

In the event of non-payment of the sums due by a customer for an electrical service to which he or she has subscribed for the benefit of a third party on the Site, E-Longlife Energies Nouvelles SAS may automatically suspend the electrical service provided locally for the benefit of a third party following reminders.
